Our work in Argentina began in 1983 with the return of democracy, and since then we have actively collaborated with civil society institutions dedicated to strengthening democracy, the rule of law, and freedom in Argentina. Professor Martín Krause presents the Institutional Quality Index together with Relial (Latin American Liberal Network). The work, carried out in conjunction with the Fundación Libertad y Progreso, analyzes "disinformation and the risks to freedom." in Latin America.

Our project, located in the city of Buenos Aires, is not only in charge of the activities in Argentina but in Paraguay as well, together with several partners throughout decades and backed by numerous successful projects. The foundation develops nationwide projects in almost every province in Argentina.

The novel coronavirus that has been rampant since the beginning of 2020 revealed what many people, at least in Germany, were unaware of: disinformation is also present in the non-political sphere, and it is increasingly being spread via messengers such as WhatsApp and Telegram.
