Unhack Democracy is a pro-democracy NGO and election watchdog that works since 2018 to support electoral integrity in Europe. Comprised of a diverse team of data analysts, political scientists, journalists, artists and academics, it aims to empower citizens by giving them the tools and training to monitor their own elections and protect democratic institutions from state interference.

Defend Democracy and It Will Defend You

A pro-democracy NGO and election watchdog Unhack Democracy released a series of short videos performed by well-known Hungarian actors, which strive to raise awareness of the possibility to volunteer as a poll worker in the upcoming parliamentary election in Hungary. It also created an e-learning course to educate the polling station commission members about the potential irregularities and equip them with the necessary knowledge to ensure a proper election.
