What is a Norm Entrepreneur?
The term covers actors such as activist, international organisations, or epistemic communities who conform to liberal values and a belief in the principles of international law, multilateralism, and international cooperation. They are "agents of social change" seeking to challenge societal problems to bring about political change.
FNF has cooperated with the Working Group for an ASEAN Human Rights Mechanism for more than 25 years. This booklet highlights successes and contributions of the Working Group.
