The USR-PLUS Alliance is an electoral alliance established on 2 February 2019 between the political parties Save Romania Union and the Freedom, Unity and Solidarity Party. The USR-PLUS Alliance is a liberal progressive political party in Romania.

The Center for Independent Journalism is a non-governmental organization active for over 25 years in protecting democracy and those who believe in its values.

The Institute for Freedom and Democracy

The Institute for Freedom and Democracy is a liberal-minded think tank that aims to affirm and promote the principles and values of freedom and democracy, facilitate dialogue between citizens and public institutions, and encourage involvement and civic responsibility.


The ACCEPT Association is the first non-governmental human rights organization in Romania to defend and promote LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender) rights at the national level.

VeDem Just

VeDemJust was founded on Human Rights Day on December 10th, 2015 and received recognition from the authorities in early 2016. Its purpose is complex and includes: promoting freedom, strengthening democracy, upholding the rule of law, good governance, promoting and defending fundamental human rights and freedoms.

Expert Forum

Expert Forum (EFOR) is a Bucharest based think tank, set up by four well-known experts in public policy and public governance reform.  The main sectors covered by the organization are: administration reform and public sector integrity; decentralization, regional development, public finance; justice and anticorruption reform; social policy and pensions; energy and transport; healthcare.

RAVAC International Film Festival
