During the 2nd edition of the international congress of innovative territories, under the theme: "From the intelligence in the city to the intelligent city: new paradigms", the Moroccan team of the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom had the great privilege to benefit from a guided tour of Bayt Dakira by one of the Moroccan emblematic figures, Mr. André Azoulay, godfather of the city of Essaouira.
