Training for Young Leaders on Innovation, Digitalization and Sustainability
The "Innovation, Digitalization and Sustainability for Young Leaders" project held its third two-day workshop on October 17-18, 2022 in partnership with the Egyptian Youth Council for Development (EYCD) in Giza. The event brought together representatives from various civil society organizations. The workshop aimed to equip young leaders with the necessary tools, knowledge, and skills to drive innovation, foster sustainable development, and promote transparency in their organizations and communities.
The workshop covered several topics including; goals and mechanisms of innovation and digital transformation, the Egyptian strategy in digital transformation in light of Vision 2030 and COP27, and innovation strategic planning and goal management.
Sessions provided the participants with a comprehensive understanding of how to integrate sustainable development goals into their planning and management processes. Through active participation and working groups, the participants discussed and were trained on a range of strategic planning tools, with a particular emphasis on how digital transformation can enhance work quality and combat corruption, thereby promoting transparency within organizations.
تدريب القيادات الشبابية علي الابتكار والتحول الرقمي والاستدامة
عقد مشروع "الابتكار والتحول الرقمي والاستدامة للقيادات الشبابية" ورشة العمل الثالثة علي مدار يومين 17 و18 أكتوبر 2022 بالشراكة مع مجلس الشباب المصري (EYCD) في الجيزة. وشارك في الورشة ممثلين عن مختلف منظمات المجتمع المدني. تهدف ورشة العمل إلى تعزيز قدرات الابداع والابتكار لدي القيادات الشبابية وصقل مهاراتهم في مجال التحول الرقمي والتنمية المستدامة وتعزيز الشفافية بمؤسساتهم ومجتمعاتهم.
تناولت الورشة عدة مواضوعات منها: أهداف وآليات الابتكار والتحول الرقمي، والاستراتيجية المصرية للتحول الرقمي في ضوء رؤية 2030 ومؤتمر تغير المناخ COP 27، والتخطيط الاستراتيجي المبتكر وإدارة الأهداف.
قدمت الجلسات للمشاركين فهماً شاملاً لكيفية دمج أهداف التنمية المستدامة في عمليات التخطيط والإدارة الخاصة بهم. من خلال المشاركة النشطة ومجموعات العمل، ناقش المشاركون وتدربوا على مجموعة من أدوات التخطيط الاستراتيجي، مع التركيز بشكل خاص على كيف يمكن للتحول الرقمي تعزيز جودة العمل ومكافحة الفساد، وبالتالي تعزيز الشفافية داخل المنظمات.
