Global Entrepreneurship Week
FNF and IACE Empower the Next Generation of Entrepreneurs
Last week, Tunisia marked the 18th edition of the Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW), a celebration of innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit, hosted by the Institut Arabe des Chefs d’Entreprise (IACE) in partnership with the FNF Tunisia. From November 17 to 22, 2025, the event provided a unique platform for young innovators, aspiring entrepreneurs, and professionals to exchange ideas, acquire skills, and explore new opportunities in a rapidly evolving business environment.
FNF played a central role in the week, emphasizing its commitment to youth empowerment, entrepreneurship development, and the promotion of innovation. By collaborating with IACE, FNF ensured that participants could access high-quality training sessions, practical workshops, and networking opportunities aimed at equipping them with the tools needed to launch and grow successful ventures.
The program combined hands-on workshops and expert-led sessions on key entrepreneurial themes, including:
-
Design Thinking : with Mr. Samir Ben Zineb, guiding participants in creative problem-solving and innovative project design.
-
Financial Education and Project Funding : helping entrepreneurs understand CAPEX, OPEX, and financing structures.
-
Digital Marketing and Customer Retention: enabling startups to build strong, lasting relationships with their clients.
-
Green Entrepreneurship and Access to Financing : reflecting the growing importance of sustainability in Tunisia’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
-
ESG Reporting : offering insights into environmental, social, and governance practices essential for modern businesses.
A highlight of the week was the roundtable “Génération IA: L’ADN du nouvel entrepreneur Tunisien” on November 19, which examined how artificial intelligence is reshaping entrepreneurship in Tunisia, transforming business models, skill requirements, and the profiles of emerging entrepreneurs.
Through these sessions, FNF demonstrated its dedication to nurturing Tunisia’s next generation of leaders, equipping youth with both the technical skills and the strategic mindset needed to thrive in a competitive global economy. By combining theory, practice, and mentorship, the foundation actively supports initiatives that strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem and foster innovation among young Tunisians.
With its focus on education, skills development, and practical application, GEW Tunisia 2025 served as a landmark event for the country’s entrepreneurial community. The collaboration between IACE and FNF reaffirmed the importance of investing in youth and innovation as drivers of economic growth, ensuring that Tunisia’s entrepreneurs are ready to meet the challenges and opportunities of the digital age.
