The Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom (FNF) is an international non-profit organization promoting liberal democracy, human rights, good governance, economic freedom, and digital transformation.

FNF office in New Delhi is seeking a Travel Management Agency to provide comprehensive travel management services for PAN India and International destinations.

Nature of Service:

  • Air ticketing, visa service, travel insurance, and reservations for hotels and car rentals.
  • Providing information on country visa requirements, immigration clearance, foreign exchange control regulations, and other government restrictions.
  • Delivering airline tickets within 4 hours of receipt of FNF travel and seat assignments on flights, with issuance of boarding passes where possible.
  • Reconfirming and revalidating airline tickets, as well as handling re-issued tickets resulting from changed routing or fare structures, and managing travel itineraries for travelers.
  • Timely notification to travelers of airport closures, flight cancellations or delays as well as updates on train schedules.  Providing assistance in case of flight cancellations, delays, lost baggage, or other travel-related emergencies.
  • Administer various airline loyalty programs on our behalf to maximize their associated benefits.
  • Investigating and addressing any complaints from travelers.
  • Assigning one Point of Contact (POC) to coordinate travel management for FNF office.  Offering round-the-clock customer support to address any travel-related issues or queries.
  • Submitting a statement of account with supporting documents for reimbursement with each transaction detail.
  • Providing a timeline of credit facility.

Duration of the contract:

This is a one-year contract starting 1 January 2026- 31 December 2027, with potential extension based on performance.
