Regular Economic Report

This is the first edition of the tri-monthly economic report by the Friedrich Naumann Foundation in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Successive reports will follow economic trends in BiH within a three months period. The aim is to document the economic reality of BiH and based on the conclusion recommend a course of actions to improve the economic situation in BiH.

National Law Over EU Law? The Legal Dispute Between Poland and the EU Is Dragging On

Today, the Polish Constitutional Tribunal was to hear the question of whether the Disciplinary Chamber of Poland's Supreme Court can continue to operate despite an interim measure from the European Court of Justice. The hearing was originally expected in April, and has now been postponed for the third time. A ruling against the ECJ would mean undermining the functioning of the EU legal system.
