Education Monitoring Indicators

The Education Monitoring Indicators booklet is one of the products of the FNF-funded Education Data Literacy Summer School held between August 12-14, 2020. ERG has worked towards ensuring children’s right to quality education by helping to create evidence-based policies since 2003. To serve this purpose, ERG has been publishing Education Monitoring Reports, wherein quantitative data acquired from various sources are turned into education indicators

The new policy paper by Association for International Affairs supported by Prague office of the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom presents an overview of the Czech, Slovak and Hungarian positions towards the Three Seas Initative. The three countries were considered as “reluctant participants” of the initiative at the beginning, but as the 3SI developed over the past 5 years, their positions evolved as well.

Minding the Gap: Deepening Polarisation in Poland and Hungary

21 Research Center and Projekt:Polska present their joint study titled Minding the gap: deepening political polarisation in Poland and Hungary. Based on four (2-2) focus groups conducted in the two countries, the research focuses on political preference formation and polarisation within the rural Hungarian and Polish population. It aims to deconstruct the populist governing parties’ disproportionate popularity among the communities of villages and smaller towns.
