In Myanmar, we work with local partners in promoting and strengthening the foundation of a market-based economy. The foundation officially opened a country office in Yangon in 2013. Women and Physical Strength
Women's Mental and Physical Strength Mental health and resilience are just as important for women as physical health and strength. Only when the mind and body are healthy can one effectively bring positive changes to oneself and one's surroundings. This month's ' Women to women' program will feature NC Moe, owner of Live, Love & Life, a mother, and a fitness instructor, discussing the importance of women's physical health and strength. She will answer questions related to this topic.

Launching Land of Growth Card Game to Myanmar Audience
In an exciting development for fans of business and economics, the Friedrich Naumann Foundation Myanmar Office launched a new market economy card game on 27th January 2023. The game, called "Land of Growth", is developed by the FNF Thailand Office to stimulate a complex market economy in a user-friendly and engaging way. They also need to adapt to changing market conditions, such as fluctuations in demand and supply, and respond to the actions of other players.
