International Women’s Day is a global day with a call to accelerate Women’s equality and to highlight political, economic, cultural and social achievements of women. The theme for International Women’s Day 2024 is #InspireInclusion.

To inspire women inclusion in various sectors, FNF Myanmar strives for an event that showcases skills of women in art and business. FNF Myanmar proudly presents a virtual book launch and exhibition featuring photo essays by nine talented women artists, capturing the essence of female strength and resilience under the theme of “Women at Work”. The exhibition will be hosted on a virtual platform, allowing guests to freely explore the interactive spaces.

Exploration Spaces:

  • Myanmar Presentation Room Experience highlights from the physical event held in Yangon on March 7th. Guests can witness the official launch of the photo books and engage with interviews featuring speakers discussing women-led businesses in Myanmar.
  • Gallery Hall This gallery will highlight the nine captivating photo essays, each portraying a unique perspective on women at work. Interact with the artists, ask questions, and delve deeper into their inspiring work.
  • Myanmar Tea Talk In Myanmar Tea Talk Room, four staff from Myanmar Office will sit at four different tables to discuss and share Myanmar politics, human rights situation, youth and women situation in Myanmar and what FNF Myanmar has been doing to save democracy and democratic culture in Myanmar.

Joining this virtual event on International Women’s Day offers a unique chance to directly connect with our FNF Myanmar team and special guests from Myanmar, gaining first-hand insights into their experiences and work.

All our registered guests will receive the link to the online platform on the 8th of March.
