Chloé Melchionne holds a Master’s degree in International Relations and European Studies from the Université Sorbonne Nouvelle, Paris. She started working for FNF back in 2017 as EU Liaison Manager within the FNF Regional Office in Brussels, liaising with EU institutions and advising FNF offices worldwide with regards to EU funding in development cooperation, democracy support and human rights. Ms. Melchionne joined FNF Regional Office for the Middle East and North Africa in Amman as Regional Project Manager in October 2021. She is managing regional and Jordan activities.
Regional Finance Coordinator
Mutasim Mahadeen has been working for more than 14 years with several organizations internationally, regionally, and locally as an advocacy expert, civic engagement and political participation consultant, and youth engagement strategist. He trained and provided consultancies on youth-led initiatives, advocacy campaigns, project development, strategy development, and policy debate for youth activists in the MENA, Eurasia, USA, and Europe. Mutasim holds a Master’s degree in Political Science and International Relations. He started working for FNF Jordan in 2021 as a Program Development Manager. In June 2022, he joined FNF Middle East and North Africa (MENA) as a Regional Project Coordinator.
Ronetta Shikakhwa was born in Amman in 1984 but is original of Circassian origin. She graduated from Rosary Sisters College in 2002 having pursued a Science degree, before completing her degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Jordan in 2006.
She has an extensive history of working at different organizations in finance and tax departments including Royal Jordanian Airlines, Izzat Marji Group, Arab Bank, Dallah Albarakat Flight Operation Co., and the Regional Support Offices for the Netherlands Embassies in MENA. In 2016 she joined Friedrich Naumann Foundation as a Finance Auditor and was then promoted to Finance Coordinator and Auditor for the MENA region.
Dina joined FNF as an Internal Auditor in May of 2010. Her primary focus is conducting financial and operational audits on projects at Friedrich Naumann Foundation.
Dina began her career as an auditor at Caritas Internationale, a development and social service organization operating in over 200 countries and territories worldwide. Collectively and individually, their missions are to work to build a better world, especially for the poor and oppressed.
Her prior experience includes a variety of accounting and auditing assignments on not profitable Projects.
She holds a B.S. in Accounting from Ain-Shams University “French Section”, as she got graduated from Notre Dame, French Catholic school.
She enjoys auditing as a whole, however; the main reason that She enjoys auditing is that it's the perfect job for an analytical, organized person such as herself. She loves knowing that She can make an impact on the foundation financially and organizationally.
Khouloud has been working for the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for more than 15 years and considers FNF her second home. It always brings her joy when she cook for everyone in the office every day and sees the smiles on their faces. She is happy to work in the MENA office as it's always a positive atmosphere.
Mufleh has been working for more than 4 years in the MENA Regional Office, and considers the FNF staff his friends. Mufleh says it is always fun to work with them, "even when we are working until late at night." Mufleh is very grateful to be part of this Foundation.
