How does Climate Change Reshape Security Policy?
In cooperation with the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom, the Economic Policy Institute - Sofia has produced a policy paper that focuses on the, so far rather neglected nexus, between climate change and security policy using the example of the region Southeast Europe. The findings indicate that there has to be a fundamental change of the very essence of how armed forces operate.

Distinguished panelists, including Dr. Bishnu Raj Upreti (Executive Chairperson of Policy Research Institute from Nepal), Syeda Rizwana Hasan ((attorney and environmentalist from Bangladesh)), and Afia Islam (Member of National Climate Change Council from Pakistan), provided valuable insights on the issue through speeches and discussions. Shruti Sinha, the Policy and Outreach manager at Chintan from India has moderated the session.

The book was designed by compiling and collaborating correspondence from various stakeholders: government officials, businessmen, academics, and civil societies which significantly influence youth's participation in climate change.

Climate Change Documentary: Unraveling Manado (Mengurai Manado)
Manado, a coastal city that is a tourist destination, is threatened by the dangers of climate change. In collaboration with FNF Indonesia and the Indonesian Ministry of Law and Human Rights, the Climate Institute tries to unravel the problems that cause Manado to become one of the cities vulnerable to the dangers of climate change.
