Terms of Reference for IT Support Services
IT Services
The Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom (FNF) is an international non-profit organization promoting liberal democracy, human rights, good governance, economic freedom, and digital transformation.
The New Delhi office of the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom, is inviting quotations from IT support providers.
Requirements:
- Assistance in the procurement of technical equipment, including computers, laptops, firewall, networking devices and other IT-related hardware and software.
- Coordination with Comdok our official IT unit in Germany, to ensure smooth communication and collaboration on IT-related matters.
- Setting up and configuring laptops for employees (7 employees), ensuring they are ready for use with the necessary software and security settings.
- Providing on-call IT support services 24*7 to address any technical issues or emergencies promptly.
- General upkeep and maintenance of IT equipment, including regular inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs when necessary.
- Ensuring the proper functioning of the organization's Local Area Network (LAN) and related network equipment.
- Implementing security measures to safeguard the organization's IT infrastructure and data from potential threats.
- Preventive maintenance schedules should be implemented to minimize downtime.
- The initial contract duration shall be for 1 year, with the option for extension based on mutual agreement.
- Either party can terminate the contract with a notice period of 1 month in writing.
Duration of the contract:
This is a one-year contract starting 1 January 2026- 31 December, 2026, with potential extension based on performance.
