The FNF Manila Office is expanding its team and is looking for a Finance Assistant to handle and support with the following tasks:

  • Maintain bank, cash, and checkbook records including preparation, booking, filing, checking, and monitoring of financial documents
  • Assist in the preparation and booking of monthly and yearly accounting reports
  • Prepare and process accounting transactions such as disbursements, cash receipts, journal entries, and advances in accordance with internal finance and accounting policies and procedures
  • Process payments regarding utility, supplies, services, and fund disbursements
  • Support the Finance team in the preparation of internal and external documents such as checking of partner liquidation reports and clarifying internal audit remarks
  • Provide assistance on payroll errands and liaise with government agencies regarding locally mandated contributions (BIR, PAG-IBIG, SSS, and PhilHealth)
  • Ensure all employee contributions are remitted on a timely basis and that all records are updated
  • Support the tracking and preparation of inventory lists

The ideal candidate would have:

  • University Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in a similar role including bookkeeping and accounting tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, as well as accounting systems
  • Solid experience in managing payrolls and handling of other employee benefits
  • Good knowledge of local labor laws and regulations would be a plus
  • Organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and able to meet deadlines despite the workload
  • Fluency in English and Filipino
