Call for Offers: Catering Services for 2026

The Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom Baltic States Office invites catering service providers to submit price offers for events to be held in 2026.

Our office regularly hosts events at the Freedom Center, located at Didžioji g. 15, Vilnius.

Estimated Volume for 2026

  • Approximately 10 evening events (including networking reception) per year
     
  • Approximately 10 full-day events per year requiring coffee break services (3 coffee breaks per day)
     

Please note that these numbers are indicative and may vary.

 

1. Evening Event Catering

Price request: one evening event (40 participants), 2 hours (preliminary 17:00-19:00)

Please submit a price offer including:

  • Finger food snacks (savoury only, including vegetarian options)
     
  • Soft drinks and water
     
  • Alcoholic beverages (wine and beer only)
     
  • Rental of tablecloths (4 units) (no tables or chairs needed)
     
  • Delivery to the venue
     
  • Service staff during the event
     
  • Rental of glasses, dishes and cutlery
     

Please clearly specify:

  • Price per person and/or total price
     
  • Whether VAT is included
     
  • Quantities included per person
     
  • Any additional costs (if applicable)
     

 

2. Coffee Break Catering

Price request: one full day (3 coffee breaks, 25 participants)

Please submit a price offer including:

  • Coffee (including rental of coffee machine or thermos containers)
     
  • Light snacks (sweet, savoury, including vegetarian options)
     
  • Rental of dishes
     
  • Delivery and set-up (no catering service needed)
     

Please clearly indicate:

  • Quantities per person
     
  • Whether VAT is included
     
  • Any additional service or transport fees
     

 

Selection and Contracting Procedure

  • Submitted offers will serve as a basis for potential cooperation in 2026.
     
  • The Foundation will contact selected providers only when a specific service is required.
     
  • Submission of an offer does not guarantee a minimum number of orders.
     
  • The selection of service providers will be based on the best economic offer, taking into account both price and quality criteria.
