Kurzbiografie
Elsa Kangas joined the Friedrich Naumann Foundation as the Program Manager for the World Order and Globalization Hub in February of 2025. Elsa is originally from Finland, but grew up in Germany and the United States. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations: Politics & History from Jacobs University Bremen, as well as a Master of Science in European and International Public Policy from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She is fluent in German, English, and Finnish.
