In view that legal literacy is still low amongst the public, especially among women, it is thus important to raise awareness on the matter so that women could access justice**

Norhayati Kaprawi or known by her name Yati Kaprawi is an artist and activist from Malaysia. Her work involves engaging with grassroots women’s communities so that they are aware of the full range of their rights within Islam.
