Terms of Reference for Printing Services
About Us
The Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom (FNF) is a German political foundation committed to advancing democracy, human rights, economic freedom, and curbing climate change. FNF India, headquartered in New Delhi, works with a diverse range of partners including think tanks, civil society organisations, policymakers, and academic institutions across the region.
Purpose of This Call
FNF New Delhi is seeking proposals from qualified Printing Houses/Agencies to provide comprehensive printing services for a range of visibility and communication materials. The selected vendor will serve as our primary printing partner, responsible for producing materials that meet our quality standards and delivery timelines.
Scope of Services
The Printing House will be expected to print and deliver the following types of materials (indicative, not exhaustive):
- Visiting cards
- Envelopes
- Address stickers
- Folders
- Posters
- Certificates
- Brochures
- ID cards
- Tote bags
- Publications (booklets, reports, magazines)
- Banners
- Standees/Roll-ups
- Internal communication materials (farewell cards, get-well-soon cards, birthday cards, etc.)
Additional printing requirements may arise during the contract period and will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
Proposal Requirements
Interested vendors should submit a proposal including the detailed pricing for standard items listed in the Scope of Services. Please specify rates for different quantities, paper/material types, and finishing options where applicable.
