Gangotri Hazarika Nath

Gangotri is a lawyer by training and a public policy professional with nearly a decade of experience in litigation, research, and programme management. Her work focuses on advancing access to justice, reproductive rights, and business and human rights. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Rights from Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg and has previously worked with multiple civil society organisations in India, as well as the European Centre for Constitutional and Human Rights in Germany. Her experience spans strategic litigation before the Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court, along with designing and implementing programmes in collaboration with government bodies, civil society, and international partners.
