YLP

Introduction:

We extended a warm welcome to twelve top-performing participants from our past Young Leaders Programme (YLP) to join us in Bangkok, Thailand, for an enriching learning experience on Personal Branding. The two-day workshop delved into self-reflection on day one, and on the following day, it covered the theory and practical aspects of personal branding. The primary goal was to empower young leaders with essential skills to thrive in both their personal and professional endeavors.

Day One: Self-Reflection for Personal Branding

On the first day of the program, participants engaged in an intensive self-reflection session through LEGO, facilitated by distinguished experts in the field. The goal was to help them uncover their core values, personal stories, and deeper meaning of life, laying the foundation for creating a strong and authentic personal brand.

The facilitators leading the day one session were Khun Paricha Duangtaweesub, Co-founder, and design strategist at Amplifi Design and Designs, and Khun Siriwan Siriwangsanti, a certified facilitator with the renowned LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method. They guided the participants through exercises that helped them explore their inner strengths and talents, empowering them to think creatively and build a strong personal brand based on their passions and principles.
