Presentation of the book «Andrei Sakharov. The Man, Who Wasn’t Scared»
The book Andrei Sakharov. The Man, Who Wasn’t Scared became the final project dedicated to Sakharov supported by the Naumann Foundation during the year of 100th anniversary of Andrei Dmitrievich. This book, which is bright and full of illustrations, is meant to present Sakharov’s personality and reality, in which he lived, to those readers, who are still school pupils.
The narration of the book is special, as it is a result of the collaboration of historians, archivists, artists, writers, editors, and museum curators. However, the main narrator is Andrei Dmitrievich himself: the text is based on his memoirs, articles, interviews, and letters.
