Joanna Burnos

Joanna is the director of "BAZA – Balkanska Ženska Akademija". She is an international expert on women's leadership and the founder of LEADERIS Institute providing training, consulting and public speaking services in the field of diversity, inclusion and leadership across Europe.

Joanna is a lecturer at Vistula University in PR & Political Marketing, International Communi-cation in Business & Media and Communication Image as well as author and initiator of the first MBA Women in Leadership program in Europe. She is an Alumna of Leon Kozminski Academy in Warsaw with a Master in Psychology in Management, and of the European Academy of Diplomacy where she specialized in EU Diplomacy. She is also an Erasmus scholarship holder at Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management. Joanna is a member of the Association of Polish Economists and Women in International Security.
