Tunisia Women Entrepreneurs Awards
The 11th edition of the Trophées de Femmes Entrepreneures de Tunisie was held on February 27 under the theme of inclusion and sustainability, celebrating women entrepreneurs who are driving innovation and positive change across Tunisia.
Woman Entrepreneur of Tunisia 2026
Ameni Riahi was awarded the title of Woman Entrepreneur of Tunisia 2026 for her project STEPS, a company specialized in digital transformation, advanced data, artificial intelligence, and technology consulting.
Through STEPS, she supports international clients, including Afreximbank, for which her company serves as the exclusive integrator of the Pan-African Payment and Settlement System (PAPSS), a major initiative facilitating cross-border trade across Africa.

An Initiative Committed Since 2015
Launched in 2015, the Femmes Entrepreneures de Tunisie initiative aims to highlight, support, and increase the visibility of women entrepreneurs who generate positive economic and social impact while contributing to the country’s sustainable development.
The project promotes inclusion and diversity by encouraging innovative, original, and environmentally responsible ventures, particularly in Tunisia’s regional development areas.
A Collaborative Effort
The initiative is led by Managers in partnership with FNF Tunisia and co-organized with the Delegation of the European Union to Tunisia.
Through this long-standing commitment, the Trophées continue to serve as a powerful platform to celebrate excellence, foster innovation, and strengthen the role of women entrepreneurs in shaping Tunisia’s economic future.
