The Policy Lab Digital visited FNF GIHub

The Policy Lab Digital (Denkfabrik in German), Work & Society from the Bundesministerium für Arbeit und Soziales (Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs) from Germany visited FNF GIHub last week, during their field trip in Hong Kong.

With their focus on labour and digitalisation, we had a look at innovative work spaces such as WeWork office where FNF GIHub office is located. We also discussed the future of the labour market, work culture and its potential changes due to digitalisation, with a special focus to the approach of China in this regard.

The Policy Lab Digital, established in 2018, aims to identify new areas of activity for the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs due to digitalisation and other trends at an early stage, consider the labour market to a greater extent in a social context and develop new solutions for the labour market of the future.
