Terms of Reference: Media Agency Services for the Regional Meeting of the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom South Asia

To hold its Regional Meeting, the Regional Office South Asia of the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom (FNF) intends to procure the services of a media agency in Kathmandu, as per the details below:

Support in conducting a hybrid regional meeting

• the regional meeting will take place at a hotel in Kathmandu on 6 and 7 December
• 25 to 30 people will be present in person, more will join digitally through Webex
• 2 HD cameras (one active speaker camera, one camera capturing participants) along with operators
• one laptop (provided by FNF) for presentations
• microphones provided by hotel or by media agency
• mix audio and video signals (from cameras as well as laptop for presentations) in order to provide signal suitable for Webex

SAARC Charter Day event

• the event will take place on 8 Dec at a hotel in Kathmandu
• based on a briefing by FNF capture professionally with an HD camera an event on 8 Dec to commemorate the anniversary of the signing of the SAARC Charter and produce a 3-4 minute video summary of the event in compliance with the corporate design guidelines of FNF for use on social media

Framework program

• company visits on 9 Dec in and around Kathmandu
• based on a briefing by FNF capture professionally with an HD camera the atmosphere at the company visits and shoot an interview or two per visit
• post-production of atmosphere/interview clips in compliance with the corporate design guidelines of FNF for use on social media
