Freedom of the Press in Romania

Since 2020, Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom (FNF) Romania has been closely monitoring the state of press freedom in Romania. In collaboration with the Centrul pentru Jurnalism Independent (CJI), we have conducted annual studies that shed light on the challenges, threats, and pressures faced by journalists and media institutions.
