The Way Out of the Economic Crises: A Sectoral Study
In the context of a partnership between FNF and the Lebanese Center for Policy Studies under the title The Way Out of the Economic Crises: A Sectoral Study, the first of 5 closed experts’ roundtables was organized on “The Way Forward for the Knowledge Economy and Education Sector in Lebanon”.
This roundtable examined changes in the knowledge economy and education, with a focus on labour market needs and skills to inform planning for recovery in these sectors. Participating experts engaged in a discussion around several questions launched by the moderators of each session to develop a set of viable recommendations that can be used by policymakers for possible intervention.
