Since its founding in 1995, the International Academy for Leadership (IAF) has been a hub for liberal learning and exchange.

While our participant records begin in 1999, they already tell an impressive story: we’ve welcomed over  8,594 individuals from 132 countries into our seminars.

Our top participating countries span the globe, reflecting the growing international demand for liberal education and dialogue. This vibrant, diverse alumni network continues to influence political and civil society across continents.
