This dialogue programme offers participants a unique opportunity to exchange experience and discuss values and issues from a liberal perspective. Special altention is given to issues involving human rights, the establishment of a market economy and deregulation. The major emphasis of all lAF seminars is to promote such dialogue. This is one of the reasons why our topics are global in orientation. The themes of our seminars are international and intercontinental and are
designed to serve the needs and interests of our global clientele. Our participants are recruited from all parts of the world and the techniques we employ are specifically designed to promote and maximise participation in an intercultural environment.
The purpose of such dialogue is to Exchange thoughts and experience in the hope that they will generate new insights and new ideas. What are liberal solutions to the problems we face and how do we go about putting such solutions into practice in each of our respective regions? These are the questions we constantly have in mind.
