Nupur Hasija is Head of Programs at the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom (FNF), where she focuses on geopolitics and liberal democracy. She is actively involved in India–EU and India–Germany dialogues, working with think tanks, diplomatic networks, and policy communities to explore India's evolving role in a multipolar world and what it means for its global partnerships.
She works closely with civil society organisations, policymakers, and elected representatives across India, Nepal, Bhutan, and Bangladesh — on issues ranging from good governance and education to property rights and livelihoods.
Beyond her policy work, Nupur has a long track record of mentoring young leaders and organisations across India and South Asia. She is a strong believer in liberal values — and in the idea that real change starts with people who are willing to keep learning

One of its major victims is the education delivery to children as schools and educational institutions have been shut for one and a half years and the uncertainty continues.

Medical facilities are already operating at full capacity and many have been forced to deny admission of new patients in the absence of basic facilities like beds, oxygen cylinders, and ventilators.

Fighting Poverty using Innovative Technology
The Action Research in Community Health and Development (ARCH) has partnered with the Regional Office of the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom South Asia in empowering marginalized farmers with property rights titles, especially women, by using IT-based methodology to improve their livelihood. Indians living in rural and forest areas have suffered historic alienation because they were denied their traditional right to property and livelihood. These communities have consequently lived in the most impoverished conditions, with poor infrastructure and less access to health care.
