The Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom (FNF) Sub-Saharan Africa Regional Office invites experienced exhibition, activation and experiential design companies to submit proposals for the conceptualisation, design, fabrication, installation and breakdown of an FNF exhibition stand for The Gathering 2026.
The event will take place at the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC) on 11 September 2026. The stand should be visually compelling, interactive and welcoming, while reflecting FNF’s commitment to freedom, democracy, innovation, entrepreneurship and international cooperation.
The selected service provider will be responsible for the full delivery of the stand, including concept development, design, fabrication, branding, installation, technical elements where required, and post-event breakdown.

FNF reserves the right not to appoint any service provider.
