Short vita

With a background in journalism at Mexico and a strong passion for politics, I design and lead conversations that challenge participants to step outside their intellectual comfort zones. I specialize in facilitating difficult dialogues and exploring new or uncomfortable questions in ways that feel both safe and energizing. My facilitation style is rooted in curiosity, clarity, and humor. I believe that people think better together when they feel at ease, so I create environments where participants feel secure, engaged, and open to new perspectives. I use participatory methods that encourage honest exchange, active listening, and collective insight, always aiming for a mix of depth and lightness. I’ve moderated seminars, public forums, and collaborative workshops, helping groups navigate complexity while staying connected to their shared purpose. Whether the topic is political, cultural, or organizational, my goal is to make sure that difficult questions lead to clear thinking and meaningful outcomes.
