The Friedrich Naumann Foundation (FNF) Philippines joined the Liberal Party (LP) of the Philippines in celebrating its 80th Founding Anniversary, standing in solidarity with a party that has long championed democracy, freedom, and progressive governance. Messages of support from Moritz Kleine-Brockhoff, Regional Director of FNF Asia, and Jules Maaten, former Country Director of FNF Philippines, were shared during the celebration as a reaffirmation of our continued partnership with the liberal movement in the Philippines. Held at Bantayog ng mga Bayani, Quezon City last Saturday, the event was attended by LP principals Senator Kiko Pangilinan, Atty. Leila de Lima, and Cong. Erin Tañada, alongside fellow liberal leaders. Dr. Almut Besold, Country Director of FNF Philippines, and Project Manager Yanyan Araña represented FNF at the milestone gathering.
