The Code of Conduct is addressed at everyone within the Foundation: executive management as well as employees in Germany and abroad, scholarship awardees, interns, apprentices, trainees, alumni, applicants, and people working with us within personnel leasing or the Federal Volunteer Service (‘Bundesfreiwilligendienst’) programmes, as well as our Board of Directors and Board of Trustees. We also demand participants, cooperation partners as well as service providers honour the core aspects of this Code of Conduct. We expect everyone to respect the principles of this Code of Conduct and align their behaviour accordingly.
Scope
The Code of Conduct applies to employees of the Foundation as well as to cooperation partners and service providers. Everyone is expected to respect the principles of the Code of Conduct.
