Liberal Alphabet T: The Treasure Trove; what is concealed beneath the Lebanese Offshore?

On September 14th, we hosted our twentieth Liberal Alphabet event “Liberal Alphabet T: The Treasure Trove; what is concealed beneath the Lebanese Offshore?” The event took place at Beit Beirut to fit in with the serious topic of the discussion.

The moderator introduced the gas crisis and the energy situation in Lebanon and then opened up the discussion between the speakers, Dr. Issam Khalifeh and Laury Haytayan. After reviewing the current status of energy sector, each speaker spoke about important issues related to their field of expertise and about possible solutions that can be adopted in the future especially in light of the maritime borders negotiations.

The floor was open to questions of attendees. After the closing people socialised with the speakers and networked in an informal setting.
