The Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom (FNF) aims to promote freedom in more than sixty countries worldwide. The Foundation organizes various dialogue programs to support human rights, the rule of law and democracy. FNF has been active in Turkey for more than 25 years. In this time, we have offered numerous human rights courses in various formats. Since 2020, we have been adopting a new format in which participants can receive in-depth knowledge about the protection of human rights both internationally and in Turkey.
Among the success stories is moving the famous Human Rights Academy to the digital sphere. Each program consisted of 10 lectures with 3 hours which were dedicated for the depth inputs from highly qualified instructors on the subject of the week, then the tasks for participants, active discussions and hands-on exercises. This unique learning opportunity aims at providing expert knowledge and experiences of academics, representatives of non-governmental organizations and human rights activists in the field of human rights.
After three successful programs, alumni had a unique opportunity for a joint workshop which consisted of a case study for people for law background and an exercise for the people from a non-law background.

Now, it is time for the fourth academy! The program will be held in Turkish. For more information and how to apply, please follow the link.
