Alumni

Were you a scholarship holder of the Foundation?

If so, we look forward to hearing from you again. Just send us your contact details so that we can reach you again in the future. That way, we will know where to find you and can invite you directly to our alumni networking meetings.
The Foundation continues to offer you many opportunities, for example, to work as liaison officers or members of the selection committee, to work as programme managers or to offer training and workshops.
Of course, our alumni also still have access to the extensive range of events and conferences offered by the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom, which they came to know as scholarship holders.
You can find information on all current offers in our web shop.

Mentor programme

Would you like to support current scholars on their journey? Then become a mentor! You surely remember what it was like when you wanted to know more about professional practice or needed support in the decision to go abroad. Maybe you could also arrange an internship. Take part and support the "next generation" of our scholarship holders. As part of its activities, the VSA offers a mentoring programme between alumni and the beneficiaries.

VSA - Alumni Association for former and current scholarship holders

Many of our alumni are organized in the "Verband der Stipendiaten und Altstipendiaten e.V. (Association of Fellows and Former Fellows - VSA)". The VSA connects current fellows and alumni privately and professionally and thus creates a lifelong and active community. The association's activities include specialist groups, the mentoring program, round tables, seminars, workshops, and study trips. The VSA supports its members on their way to professional success, helps mediate in business, science, politics, and culture and offers a network for professional and private contacts.
The Association of Fellows and Former Fellows of the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom (VSA) is the officially recognized alumni association of the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom (FNF).
You can find more information on the VSA website.
