The Board of Directors

Statutes, Article 7:

 

(1) The members of the Board of Directors shall be elected by the Board of Trustees for a term of four years.

(2) The Board of Directors shall consist of a President, two vice Presidents, a treasurer, an executive chairman and two additional members.
